From this picture I get the feeling of a peacock, with all the colours and feather-like "bursh strokes". It's perhaps a little abstract for my taste, but I still like it.

Althought the overall composition and such is good, the small flowers (the onse with yellow in the center) doesn't quite seem to fit in, in my opinion. Also somehow the left side of her head (<--) seems to clash with the background, as if it's really not supposed to be there.

All that aside, I like the picture. Mostly because of the use of colour; the nature-like colours in the background really give a lift to the stronger contrasts (black versus green for example) in the foreground. Also I like the way the picture carries the emotion of happiness; all the way from the little flowers and her smile to the way the... feathers? are drawn and the little notes hidden in there.

Now then; I thought it'd be best to practice your own comment tips on you before going on to commenting others. Thanks for the tutorial, it gave light to some things I haven't truly understood earlier.
